An 8 speed smart cage pulley plate is used to provide elegant smooth shock less shifts across the cassette. The mech body uses a low normal (Rapid Rise) spring to further assist high load downshifts and a wheel type cable guide contributes towards the light action gear shift.
Please note: rapid rise means the derailleur goes from top to bottom as cable tightens not like conventional derailleurs. You need a matching shift lever as otherwise the reading will be inverted on the shifter.
Please note: This is derailleur is brand new, never fitted but damaged from poor storage - see images 2, 3 & 4.
